StarLadder Opens Media and Influencers Accreditation for the Budapest Major 2025

StarLadder is pleased to announce that media and Influencers accreditation is now officially open for the upcoming StarLadder Budapest Major 2025. The event will run from November 24 to December 14.

As one of the most anticipated esports events of the year, the StarLadder Budapest Major will welcome the world’s best Counter-Strike 2 teams, thousands of fans, and an international media community. We invite media, influencers, journalists, content creators, photographers, videographers, and broadcast professionals from around the globe to apply for media access and cover the event on-site.

Who Can Apply:

Media representatives from the following categories are eligible to apply:
 

  • • Media outlets (news, esports, gaming, entertainment)
  • • Video creators and documentary teams
  • • Photographers
  • • Social media influencers with strong CS2/esports coverage
  • • Independent journalists with prior esports experience

What Media Accreditation Includes (based on granted category):

  • • Access to all public event areas and media designated areas
  • • Priority entry to press conferences, mixed zones, and selected interview opportunities
  • • Official media kit with press materials and branding assets
  • • On-site StarLadder support team
  • • High-speed internet and workspace availability  


Important Dates:

  • • Application period opens: September 11, 2025
  • • Application deadline: October 12, 2025.  
  • • Accreditation confirmations sent by: October 19, 2025

All applications will be reviewed individually by the StarLadder media team. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
