Hungary Prepares to Host StarLadder Budapest Major 2025
StarLadder officially presented the upcoming StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 at a press conference held today in MVM Dome for government officials and local media representatives. The Major is expected to attract thousands of international visitors and generate an estimated €20 million through tourism, hospitality, transportation, and local business services. Temporary employment opportunities will be created across production, logistics, and technical support.
Moreover, the event will shine a global spotlight on Budapest as a tech-forward, youth-driven, and culturally rich destination. With over 50 million online viewers expected, and live broadcasts in more than 15 languages, the StarLadder Budapest Major will connect Hungary with a worldwide esports audience.
