In order to participate in the new season of WESG, Heroic had to use a temporary replacement. Former player of Team Liquid — Jacob "Pimp" Winneche, who is a free agent now, will join forces with Heroic and play for them in the regional online-qualifier.

Pimp took the place of Andreas "MODDII" Fridh, who is from Sweden, and due to his nationality can’t help Heroic at WESG. We’d like to remind you, that participant-teams of WESG should consist only of one-nationality players: such as or Cloud9.

Lineup of Heroic for WESG 2017:

  • • Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer
  • • Nikolaj "niko" Kristensen
  • • Jakob "JUGi" Hansen
  • • Patrick "es3tag" Hansen
  • • Jacob "Pimp" Winneche
  • • Henrik "FeTiSh" Christensen (тренер)

Heroic will perform in the Danish qualifier, where 2 spots for WESG EU Finals in Barcelona will be played off. In case of success, Heroic will fly to Spain and fight for a ticket to WESG CS:GO Grand Final, where the prize-pool will grow to $1,5 million.

CS:GO-qualifiers for WESG Europe have already began and found the first winners. Some of regions, such as Denmark, are still waiting for a start. Register now on the official website and participate in one of the most huge esports world series in CS:GO, Dota 2, Hearthstone and StarCraft II!
