StarSeries i-League S6 Finals Viewer’s Guide

From 7 to 14 October, Kiev Cybersport Arena will be hosting the LAN-finals of the sixth season of StarSeries i-League CS:GO, where sixteen famous teams will be fighting for the prize pool of $300,000.

mousesports are one of the favorites to win StarSeries i-League S6

Participants of the tournament will kick off their performance with the group stage, which will run according to the Swiss System. All matches of the first stage of the event will be played in Best of 1. Following its results, one half of participants will advance to the Playoffs, while the rest will be eliminated from the competition.

In the Playoffs, eight strongest squads will be competing within a single-elimination bracket. Quarterfinals and semifinals will be played in Best of 3. On the other hand, grand-final will run by the rules of Best of 5. It’s worth noting that before this format has never been used at StarSeries i-League CS:GO.

The prize-pool of StarSeries i-League S6 will amount to $300,000. With a list below, you can familiarize yourself with the distribution of money for all places:

  • • 1st place — $125,000
  • • 2nd place — $50,000
  • • 3-4th place — $25,000
  • • 5-8th place — $10,000
  • • 9-11th place — $6,000
  • • 12-14th place — $4,000
  • • 15-16th place — $2,500
