Renegades to replace mousesports at StarSeries i-League S7

The Australian team has acquired the participant spot for StarSeries i-League CS:GO S7, which will take place in early April. Renegades will be stepping into the shoes of mousesports, who are yet to complete their roster after the departure of STYKO, chrisJ, and LMBT.

The European five of mousesports was among the first six teams that we invited to the next season of StarSeries i-League CS:GO. Unfortunately, the team that won StarSeries i-League S4 in Kiev has decided to reject the invitation due to its recent roster changes.

Renegades are no strangers to StarSeries i-League CS:GO. They have participated in the last three events of the series, with finishing on the 5-8th place being their best achievement. In the previous year, they formed a new roster with Jay "Liazz" Tregillgas and Sean "Gratisfaction"' Kaiwai, coming back to their roots. This iteration of the team has already surpassed its predecessors as they earned the Legend Status at IEM Katowice Major 2019 last week.

StarSeries i-League CS:GO S7 will be running from March 30 to April 7 in Shanghai, China. Sixteen teams in attendance will fight for the lion’s share of a $500,000 prize pool, which is the highest sum of prize money comparing to our previous CS:GO events.
