Na'Vi gets confident Victory

In the first match of the group stage of the SL i-League StarSeries LAN Final current champions Natus Vincere faced off against strongest team of the Chinese division CyberZen. As well as in the previous stages, the game ran in the BO3 format. 5e2a0954_24292760371_o    In 15 minutes before the match teams chose a list of maps by the crossing method. After spinning a coin the teams in turn cross out maps from the list. The teams chose only one map out of three remaining ones, and the last map becomes decisive in case when the teams play the first two in a draw.

  The first map of the battle was de_mirage. Having taken the attack side, the Ukrainian team took the pistol round and two following ones. We did not have to wait long for an answer of the Chinese team, who managed to level the score [3:3], but then their rivals continued to dominate [10:3]. Having lost one more round, Natus Vincere ended the first half with quite a comfortable score of 11:4. The Ukrainian team, playing the defense side, kept controlling the map and got a victory with huge advantage [16:5]. Natus Vincere started their own pick, that was the de_train map, with a lost round on the defense side. Having got the devices, the boys rapidly seized the initiative again and took the lead [4:3]. A round by round would end in the Ukrainian team's favor, who ended the first map with a 10:5 score. The pistol round of the second half ended in the Chinese's favor, but after a successfully implemented force buy round, Natus Vincere started to increased the gap in the score again [12:6]. Thanks to the confident play, Natus Vincere did not leave any chances to the opponent and ended the meeting with a victory [16:7].
