Ex6TenZ to lead Team Belgium at LAN-finals of WESG Europe

Team Belgium, which includes the famous duo of players from Team LDLC, Kevin "Ex6TenZ" Droolans and Antoine "to1nou" Pirard, has won WESG CS:GO Benelux qualifier and advanced to the LAN-finals.

The main WESG Benelux qualifier was preceded by eight mini-quals. Winners of each of them, among which was Team Belgium, moved to the final stage, where they played off one ticket to the tournament in Barcelona within Single Elimination Bo3 bracket.

Ex6TenZ’s squad met Team Netherlands in the decisive Bo3-clash. The match was intense and lasted all three maps. Belgium won starting Cobblestone in the overtime, but were defeated on following Overpass. As a result, it all came down to Nuke, where the Belgium five found itself as the winner.

Following that result, Ex6TenZ, to1nou, FARIS, Styff and splyyy will represent their region at WESG EU Finals in Barcelona. There, they will have to fight for the ticket to Global Finals with a $1,5 million prize-pool.
